Happy Finnish Swedish Heritage Day!

I remember talking recently (or not) with someone about the gloomy autumn and how we don't have any special occasions during it. Then someone remembered  Finnish Swedish Heritage Day, which is a general flag day and how we (the Finnish-speaking ones) don't celebrate it at all. And from that conversation rose the idea to bake a "Princess cake". Hyvää ruotsalaisuuden päivää!
