Gingerbread in a mug - Piparmukikakku
I love Christmas and its preparations, the festivity and the feel of waiting. How early do you start to preparing for your Christmas? This post is a part of my annual Christmas series on the blog! Check my Christmas Calendar, too!
I was a bit late in making mug cakes and not very thrilled with the first experiment as it (a choco cake) ended up very gummy in texture. But from that I got the idea to try a gingerbread version as that gummy texture resembled somehow gingerbread dough (which I prefer any day over baked gingerbread). Since then I've learned to bake these the right time (short enough) to not make them gummy. Start with slightly too short a time and let the heat divide evenly for a minute after baking. That way you get neither a gummy nor an underbaked cake. If you want more dough-y result, bake less.
I'm thrilled to announce this year's Christmas Calendar! The countdown to Christmas has started!

Nopea yhden annoksen pipari(taikina)kakku mukissa!

Valmistusohjeet:
- Sekoita kaikki kuivat ainekset yhteen mukissa, lisää (siirappi), rasva ja maito/vesi/piimä. Sekoita nopeasti tasaiseksi.
- Kypsennä mikrossa täydellä teholla noin 30(-40) sekuntia.
