Gingerbread in a mug - Piparmukikakku

I love Christmas and its preparations, the festivity and the feel of waiting. How early do you start to preparing for your Christmas? This post is a part of my annual Christmas series on the blog! Check my Christmas Calendar, too!
I was a bit late in making mug cakes and not very thrilled with the first experiment as it (a choco cake) ended up very gummy in texture. But from that I got the idea to try a gingerbread version as that gummy texture resembled somehow gingerbread dough (which I prefer any day over baked gingerbread). Since then I've learned to bake these the right time (short enough) to not make them gummy. Start with slightly too short a time and let the heat divide evenly for a minute after baking. That way you get neither a gummy nor an underbaked cake. If you want more dough-y result, bake less.
I'm thrilled to announce this year's Christmas Calendar! The countdown to Christmas has started!

Gingerbread dough is far better than baked cookies! You can leave this a bit raw if you prefer dough to cookies.

- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour (or to make glutenfree: 2 Tbsp fine buckwheat flour and 1 Tbsp coconut flour)
 - 1 Tbsp coconut flour (or sub 1 Tbsp all purpose flour)
 - 1/8 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 - a pinch of ground ginger
 - a pinch of cardamom
 - a pinch of salt (or two, if you are using oil)
 - 1 Tbsp dark syrup or sugar
 - (scant) 1 Tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
 - 1 Tbsp milk or water or buttermilk On top: powdered sugar or sprinkles

Instructions:
 - Stir all dry ingredients together in a mug and add the wet ingredients. Stir quickly into even batter.
 - Bake in a microwave oven, full power, about 30(-40) sec.
 - Leave the cake in the microwave for a minute to let the heat divide evenly.
 - Sprinkle on powdered sugar or sprinkles.

Nopea yhden annoksen pipari(taikina)kakku mukissa!

Valmistusohjeet:
 - Sekoita kaikki kuivat ainekset yhteen mukissa, lisää (siirappi), rasva ja maito/vesi/piimä. Sekoita nopeasti tasaiseksi.
 - Kypsennä mikrossa täydellä teholla noin 30(-40) sekuntia.
 - Jätä muki mikroon noin minuutiksi, jotta lämpö tasaantuu ja kypsentää koko kakun.
 - Ripottele pinnalle tomusokeria tai koristerakeita.
